Special solution examples

WS 70 Mattress-shredding

WS 70 mattress shredder processes mattresses. These are put on a feeding belt and carried into the machine’s operating space. After the material has been shredded, it is carried away on an outfeed screw conveyor for further processing.


WS50, Medical waste-shredding

Modified Shredder in vapour proof design for the shredding of medical waste.


WS30XL Wood-shredding

WS30 XL is the low-cost alternative to the economic shredding of long elements such as car bumpers. Instead of a long rotor, in comparison to the WS22 models, this slider is extended by 1,000 mm. The dimensions of its operating space are 1,000 mm by 2,000 mm.


PET 32-2 PET Bottle Perforation

This perforator is fixed onto the press shaft. When compressing PET bottles, the PET 32-2 is actuated by means of hydraulic power. Once the bottles are processed, the perforator is lowered again. Technical data for this model is to be found on our PET 32 product page.
